We strive to describe our products accurately. However, because our gaffs are handmade and made from natural Calcutta bamboo, each item may vary slightly in color, size, and appearance.

Production & Lead Times:

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks, depending on customization and order volume. You will receive an estimated completion date at the time of order. Rush requests may be accommodated at an additional fee, subject to availability.

Returns & Exchanges:

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
